Chef Blake Anderson is the Executive Chef/Co-Owner at Keepin’ It Creole. He has lived in Stratford since 1995 and he’s been working in the local restaurant industry since he was 15 years old. Chef Blake has worked as a sous chef for the last 7 years in the most popular and busy restaurants in downtown Stratford. He has learned his craft beginning as a dishwasher and working his way up the kitchen ladder under some of the most renown and talented chefs in this rich culinary city. He has left his mark on some the current menus in town. Blake is looking forward to sharing his style of Southern Smoked BBQ/Creole cuisine and creating an unforgettable eating experience for the amazing local people in this beautiful city.
Hugh Dwyer (Manager/Co owner) brings many years’ experience to Keepin’ It Creole. Whether it has been as a bartender, serving staff or as an assistant manager. He brings a passion for customer service and quality. He is Happy and thankful to team up with Blake Anderson to bring the Best BBQ/ Smoke House cuisine this side of New Orleans to our region.
